Once your customers send in their approved design, production begins! A mold is created in the shape of a band with inclusions for the text and/or design to appear on the slap bands. Silicone is poured into the mold and given time to cure. Colors can be plain, striped, or swirled in the color combination of your choosing. Once the slap band has been cured it is taken out of the mold and closely inspected for quality and accuracy before being assembled and packaged for shipment.
