Offset Digital Lapel Pins
Offset Digital Lapel Pins are different than other types of pins because they use pictures, images, and camera-ready artwork to create the image on the pin. This type of pin is perfect if you are wanting a design that is an exact picture or image transferred onto the pin that requires color gradation, smoothing, and blurring.
Product Description
The manufacturing process begins when a photo negative of your design is transferred onto the surface of the metal pin. This process allows for a gradient shift in colors and does not use metal to separate colors within the design. Your pins will be plated with the metal of your choice before a clear epoxy dome is applied to protect the image on the pin. We ask that 300dpi camera-ready artwork be provided to our design team to ensure we are using a high-quality photo for printing.
