We are available by phone Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST. We are available by email 24 hours a day.

Artwork

We have a staff of over 20 graphic artists who provide design assistance FREE of charge. We prefer PC formatted files such as AI, EPS, DOC, and PDF.

A “clean” (free of our watermark and contact information) design proof will cost $50.00 and we must receive payment before we release the image to you. You will be credited $40.00 once you purchase your promotional products from us.

Samples

We are happy to provide you with samples. Please provide us with your FedEX or UPS account number and we will ship the samples Overnight using your account information. Samples are randomly selected and may not be exactly the color or type you have requested.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, wire transfer, and checks.

We will accept purchase orders from accredited schools and universities, and government agencies.

We accept Net 10 terms with Agencies Promotional Products Industry Suppliers and Distributers after a sufficient payment history has been established. Please call for details.

Production and Delivery

Production times differ with each promotional product. Please reference the individual product guides below.

Production begins only after we have received your approval and have collected payment.

The production times listed for each product are BEFORE delivery time frames. (ex. You have purchased a product with a 14 day production. Please allow an additional 2 days after that production timeframe to receive your order.)

Your products will be shipped using 2 Day FedEX or UPS Air Mail.

Up to 5000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 7-8 Days before Shipping
5000 to 20,000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 14 Days before Shipping
20,000 to 100,000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 20 Days before Shipping
Silkscreen Printed Wristbands - Same as above
Debossed Painted Wristbands, allow 2 Days longer than the above

Lapel Pins

Up to 1000 Lapel Pins, allow 10 Days before Shipping
1000 to 5000 Lapel Pins, allow 14 Days before Shipping
5000 to 20,000 Lapel Pins, allow 18 Days before Shipping
Challenge Coins, allow 14-17 Days before Shipping

Patches

Up to 2000 Patches, allow 7 Days before Shipping
2000 and up Patches, allow 10 Days before Shipping

Lanyards

Up to 1000 Lanyards, allow 14 Days before Shipping
1001 to 10,000 Lanyards, allow 20 Days before Shipping
10,001 and up Lanyards, allow 25 Days before Shipping

Bags

Up to 1000 Bags, allow 12 Days before Shipping
1001 to 10,000 Bags, allow 18 Days before Shipping

Rush Delivery

Upon request, Centurion Promotions will rush your order when possible.

We will not be held responsible for orders deemed late, as we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We offer rush delivery and Air Mail free of charge as a way to help our customers receive their orders as fast as possible. However, despite our best efforts and estimations, we cannot give a firm delivery date for any order.

Drop Shipment

Products can be drop shipped directly to your client if you wish. The following are limitations placed on this service:

We will only drop ship to one location free of charge. If you need your products drop shipped to multiple locations, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please keep in mind that our factories are located abroad. Because of this, each shipment will contain a Customs Duty Commercial Invoice. This includes the items that are drop shipped directly to your customers. This invoice will display contact information of the shipper and a Duty and Tax Value (minimal in US Dollars).
Shipments made outside of the contiguous US will incur additional charges. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.

Additional Fees

We offer one price ordering to all of our customers for their convenience. There may however be additional fees depending on the type or products ordered, based on customer request. These circumstances include:

Custom Lapel Pins manufactured using a printing process instead of die creation.
Inside printing on Custom Silicone Wristbands, and Inside Printing on Custom Lanyards.
Multiple sizes of Custom Silicone Wristbands, and Multiple sizes or text changes on Custom Lapel Pins.

Our Staff will assist you with the pricing for these and other fees and can offer suggestions as to options that may eliminate the need for these charges.

Order Confirmation

We ask all of our customers to carefully review their order confirmation. You will receive your confirmation after you have approved the proof we have sent to you of your design. Please send the confirmation back to us so that your product request can be sent into production.

PLEASE NOTE – Once an order has been sent into production it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Should you need to cancel your order, please do so within 36 hours after it has gone into production. You will be refunded on a case-by-case basis, and the refunded amount will be less a 25% re-stocking fee.

We assume that upon delivery you will thoroughly inspect the items you have ordered. Please inform us immediately in the unlikely event that you find that your products have any defects. If we are notified after 7 days of delivery receipt your items will not be considered for remanufacturing or any other considerations.

Retail Friendly Price Pages

1 Centurion Promotions is established for Distributors and Suppliers of promotional products. Centurion Promotions does not advertise, nor does it offer its products to the public. You can view and use Retail Flyers available as downloadable files, accessible by a tab on the Home page. These flyers contain an industry mark-up for you to distribute to your customers. We can create our flyers to reflect our retail pricing information as well as your contact information and logo in the header and footer. This is provided for a nominal and refundable fee.
